My love affair with email marketing started at Harvey Nichols in 2005, as part of their first e-commerce team. Twenty years and many roles later, I now share my expertise with luxury brands as a consultant, supporting businesses in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle sector to maximise their own email marketing.
